India Mee Jewellery Ltd is an independently run business that designs and sells custom made jewellery. All items are made to order.

By purchasing an item of jewellery from us, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Once a bespoke order has been confirmed and deposit paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Bespoke/custom goods cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been designed for the individual customer and made to their exact specification. However, as customer satisfaction is our priority, if you have any issues with your bespoke piece, we are happy to try and resolve any problem to the best of our ability on a case-by-case basis.

Our bespoke items of jewellery takes 6-8 weeks to make from the date the 50% deposit is received. This is an estimated timeframe, which may be subject to change due to unforeseen delays in the making process. With the nature of bespoke pieces made as a one off item, sometimes this can happen, creating a well designed and well made item is top priority for us. We will inform you if this is the case.

Bespoke items requiring additional specialised elements to the design (for example gem cutting or enamelling) the bespoke timeframe can be longer than 6-8 weeks.

If there is a specific date that the piece is needed for, please contact us to let us know and we will endeavour to get it to you for then, if it’s possible.

Pricing and Payment

We ask for a 50% deposit to be paid before we commence the making process. Final balance for the goods must be paid at or before the collection appointment, and prior to posting goods.

We accept payments via bank transfer.

All our prices are in GBP and are inclusive of 20% vat.

Our prices may be subject to change, however if we find that the price has changed or a pricing error has occurred when your order was made, we will contact you to ask if you want to continue your order at the new and correct price.

Quotations: Due to the fluctuating prices of gold and gemstones, bespoke quotations given are valid for 14 days, after that period an adjustment may be made.

Shipping and Delivery

We use Royal Mail (special delivery tracked and signed for service) for our UK orders and will use the appropriate postal services for any International orders. If you would like your item delivered to a country outside of the UK please let us know prior to placing any orders so we can arrange this and let you know of any additional costs from our side.

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we can provide you with a tracking number. This will help you locate it with Royal Mail.

We are not able to refund/replace any products sent by us that are marked as delivered. In light of this we would recommend always using a home address.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.

In the case of the packaging being opened or damaged before you receive it, please don’t accept the package and contact us, so we can sort it out with Royal Mail.

If returning an item to us please use a secure and trackable service. We recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. These return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can also not accept responsibility for any products that may be lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
