India and Jack created my bespoke engagement/wedding ring and I had the most amazing experiece. They really listened to me and didn't mind going back to the drawing board a few times until it was simply perfect. I live in Belgium and we discussed everything online and at first I wasn't sure this would work for a piece of jewellery but throughout the process they sent a lot of pictures and videos and we had several (video) calls which made it a lot easier to make well-informed decisions. India and Jack made the most beautiful wedding/engagement ring for me with my own stones and some Canadian diamonds. Their attention to detail is amazing and I was given such an amazing choice of designs it was hard to choose! They also took the stones from a pair of my late grandmothers earrings and designed a pair of earrings that I can wear on my wedding day. They are wonderful at what they do.
